Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products and to maintain strict hygiene standards, Scent Split does not accept returns or exchanges on hand-decanted fragrances. We encourage customers to purchase smaller sizes to test a scent before committing to a larger volume.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is eligible for return, such as full-size retail bottles that are still factory-sealed and unopened.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our facility using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
